Daily Schedule Monday eve 7 to 8:30 p.m. Welcome gathering Tuesday 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., meet at the Recreation field for your fitness experience. 9;30 to 10:30 breakfast on own, provided in room or at the Oak Grill. 10:30 t0 11:30 a.m. "Living Health Conscious" workshop. 11:30 t0 12:30 p.m, lunch on own. 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. A short course on equine handling and riding, (confidence building with horses) 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. scheduled novice and advanced watercolor art class. Dinner on own Wednesday 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., meet at the Recreation field for your fitness experience. 9;30 to 10:30, breakfast on own, provided in room, or at the Oak Grill. 10:30 t0 11:30 "Being Extremely Selfish" workshop. 11:30 t0 12:30, lunch on own. 1:00 to 2:30, scenic trail ride on horseback or weekly rotating art class. 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. scheduled novice and advanced art class. 7:30 p.m. Group dinner at Suzanne's Cuisine, 502 W Ojai Ca 93023, 805.640.1961 Thursday 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., meet at the Recreation field for your fitness experience. 9;30 to 10:30, breakfast on own, provided in room, or at the Oak Grill. 10:30 t0 11:30 a.m. "Power Foods For You " workshop. 12 noon check out. Agenda subject to change. If you choose to ride bring along jeans, comfortable shirt, sweater, and footwear, (hiking boots, riding boots or athletic shoes). Workshop is casual, dinners are evening casual, bring athletic clothing for morning fitness, keeping in mind varied temperatures. |
